Hallo zurueck! Hab ewig nix mehr von mir hoeren lassen, deswegen gibbet jetzt mal viel auf einmal. Wie ihr vielleicht wisst, hab ich Pohnpei Ende April verlassen, bin dann zwei Wochen mit meinen Freundinnen Rahel und Grace auf Mikronesientour gewesen und bin mittlerweile wieder auf Guam gelandet.
Mit Kranz und Ketten behaengt bei meiner Abschiedsfeier. Kann garnicht glauben, dass ich jetzt wirklich nichtmehr auf meine kleine Insel Pohnpei zurueck gehe.
Die letzte Jugendstunde in Pohnpei haben wir in eine Abschiedsparty fuer mich und Rahel verwandelt, da wir ja Pohnpei gemeinsam verlassen haben um auf unsere Rundreise zu gehen.Hier sieht man ein paar der Gaeste bei unserer Farewell Party. War echt toll wer alles gekommen ist, auch von der Erwachsenen und so. Wir hatten einen echt schoenen Abend, mit Liedern, Spielen, Vortraegen, Taenzen, Gedichten und einem lachenden und einem weinendem Auge.
Erster Stop auf unserer Rundreise war natuerlich Guam. Vier Tage lang shoppen... oder sowas aehnliches. Wie nennt man das, wenn man den ganze Tag nur staunt, was man denn nicht alles kaufen koennte und dann im Endeffekt doch nichts kauft? Der Unterschied zu Pohnpei ist echt beeindruckend... hier gibt es sogar Joghurt!!! Ok, das ein oder andere hab ich dann doch gekauft.Ach ja, und wir waren im Underwaterworld... das war sehr cool... so viele Haie, Mantas, Schildkroeten...
Wieviel Spass kann man in einem Bus haben? Ach nee... auf einem Bus... aber wir hatten ja auch schon voll lange keinen mehr gesehen und ich glaub es gibt keine bessere Moeglichkeit um relaxt die Stadt kennen zu lernen!
Diese netten Damen beguessten uns dann auf Yap am Flughafen... aber bloss nicht Bein zeigen!
Diese beiden Suessen sind Esther und Nikki (Esther ist die Tochter des Missionsgruenders und Nikki ist ihre Tochter). Mit den beiden haben wir fuer unsere Woche auf Yap eine Maedelswg aufgemacht, und es war echt als wuerden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Wir hatten soooooo viel Spass!!!
Auf Yap sind die Missionsflugzeuge der PMA stationiert. Von hier aus geht es auf die Ausseninseln um diese mit dem Rest der WElt zu verbinden oder um verletzte ins Krankenhaus zu transportieren. Hier sieht man (von links nach rechts) Simon (Flugzeugmechaniker), Rahel, kenn ich nicht, Grace (aus Pohnpei, sie ist mit uns rumgereist) und Amos (Pilot).
Sieht doch schonmal nicht schlecht aus, oder?
Na, wer von euch hat das schonmal gemacht? Also so ne Landebahn hinterm Haus ist schon was cooles... so zum joggen gehen (running on the runway!!!) , oder einfach zum rumalbern.
Oh ja, die Zeit war wirklich schoen... und es gaeb noch so viel zu erzaehlen... zum Beispiel vom schnorcheln oder vom Sterne gucken auf dem Hangar Dach (sooo viele Sterne!)
